Most road cases we notice are made using the same method of stapled corner box design with L metal over corner and riveted and L braces at lid and base corners. However, we choose to make our cases to last a lifetime by upgrading our corner metal to a double angle extrusion which is riveted to add even more strength as well as heavy duty corner clamps plus a thick tongue and groove metal to keep flex down on the trays and lids. Each case would be designed to handle your item with a 1/16” play around sides and top to allow easy in and out of units.

- High performance 1” polyethylene foam
